Mathilde's Story:
Three months have gone by and I am still impressed with and hooked on Bar Method. I start my days with Bar and it is definitely part of my complete breakfast! Ever since my introduction I have been a fan and borderline obsessed. I rave about Bar Method wherever I go. Why? Because it actually works and it is a workout that anyone can do and certainly squeeze into their schedule. The workout is one hour and can be as intense as you make it…
The instructors are there helping you and ensuring that your form is correct and that you are maximizing your time there…The instructors and fellow "tuckers" are there moving you and each other to reach their goals in one of the most positive, fun and entertaining atmospheres available. We are all busy people and finding a workout that works both in its effectiveness and within our schedule can be arduous. This one truly does. It is life changing as well. My posture has improved, which has been a lifelong battle. I tended to hunch my shoulders much more prior to bar.
My body has changed over the course of these 3 months... I feel stronger and am more defined in muscle tone etc. I feel healthier and am more in tune with my body. My flexibility has increased and I can almost do the splits! The results are more than the inches I lost, they are a new more energized and healthier me!
