Diane's Story:
I’m a runner and I’ve continued to run some during the challenge but I have found that the ‘runners high’ I get from running I also get from going to Bar Method.
When I’m telling people about the class I can’t wait to tell and show them that I have biceps for the first time in my life.
A goal was to lose a pant size. Well, I absolutely met this goal. I’m down almost two pant sizes since the challenge started in September.
It has helped me feel like I am living a more balanced life. Everything looks better after a Bar class!
