Audrey's Story:
Bar Method has become a constant in my life.
I was struggling with chronic upper back and shoulder pain as a result of my job in the dental field over the years. Finally, I have found relief. I have found that if I stay on a consistent 3-4 times a week Bar Method schedule, my pain is gone!
I am for the first time feeling my abdominal muscles and beginning to see slight definition.
All in all, I feel calmer, toner, and more aware of my body and what it needs to be healthy.
